For a long time, with the advantage of rich high-quality power coal resources, the power industry has always been one of the pillar industries cultivated by China. However, with the frequent depletion of coal resources, the problems of rising cost of power coal and environmental pollution are becoming increasingly prominent. Wind power generation is a clean and renewable energy, which has become an effective means to implement energy sustainable development.

 

Wind power generation in Datong city, China is developing rapidly and has begun to take shape. From 2009 to now, there are 15 wind power stations in Datong, with a total of 13.525 million KW and an annual saving of about 90.6 million tons of raw coal.

The boom of the truck concrete pump with mixer produced by our company is made of high-quality 90 or 70 high-strength steel. The boom welding workers are skilled workers for more than ten years. The imported pulse welding machine is used for welding. The two machines are butt welded in both directions at the same time, so as to minimize the physical deformation after the boom is “off-line” and ensure the welding reliability. The quality inspector adopts NDT for key welds to ensure the controllability of product quality. Therefore, the boom assembly produced under process and quality assurance can bear 1.75 times the load capacity.
